Budget deficit as an instrument for post-crisis renovation of world economy

The author analyzes the after-effects of financial-economic crisis, post-crisis renovation of world econ-omy and outlines tendencies of development and directions of the change of architecture at the modem world market; also examines the main challenges to stabilization of the national economy and offers propositions as to their overcoming.
