Innovatory approaches toward the forecasting and planning of budget revenues

The process ofplanning and forecasting budget revenues is presented as a series of interrelated stages and procedures. Problems which arise at every stage are analyzed. Attention is accented on setting goals, tasks. The choice of methods for forecasting is substantiated.
