Topical aspects of interbudgetary relations in the light of revised Budget Code of Ukraine

The author investigates the matter of interbudgetary relations in the budget system of Ukraine as well as its primary distinctions in the context of the revised Budget Code of Ukraine. The influence of inter-budgetary regulation on the formation and implementation of local budgets is analyzed.
