Conceptual principles of stock market state regulation

The author determines theoretical principles for state regulation of the stock market; outlines the main principles and mechanisms of such regulation; and asserts that achievement of positive changes at the stock market is possible only due to centralized efforts of the state organs and coordination of shortterm and strategic aims when adopting managerial decisions.
