Foreign experience of using project management in the sphere of state administration

The article highlights the international experience of the post-crisis public management. The authors analyze the project management methods implemented in the European Union countries, USA, Canada and Russia. The authors determine preconditions of the project management utilization, special features of its utilization in the mentioned countries. The article proves the necessity of program and project management implementation in Ukraine.
