The effectiveness of methods for managing tax debt in the context of innovations in the Tax Code

The article shows the results of the efficiency estimation methods influencing the debtor’s fiscal behavior and the ways of the compulsory tax debt collection. Recommendations are given as to the tax debt minimization and prevention of the management destructive results.
