Formation of the of fiscal space of the economic reforms regulation

The author examines the conceptual basis of studies of fiscal space, strategic reforming of the fiscal regulation and rules in order to improve the government expenditures efficiency to stimulate economic growth, achievement of progressive transformation in the structure of economics, realization of priority national projects related to the development of human and physical capital, the diffusion of innovative technologies.
