Methodological principles for functioning of the state internal financial control in Ukraine

With the help of dialectical and logic methods of research the author establishes the essence of basic components in the system of state internal financial control (SIFC) in Ukraine; evaluates the approaches to the formation of SIFC which are applied in domestic practice; and identifies SIFC as a component in the system of public financial control (PIFC).
