The system of fast response to penetration of world crisis into the financial sector of Ukraine

The article deals with the possibility of fast response to penetration of waves of the world financial crisis into the state financial system of Ukraine. The authors suggest a diffusion model of such phenom - enon which makes it possible to build an efficient system of reaction against penetration of financial crises based on the system of mechanisms and scenarios.
