Directions for developing the system of Ukraine’s interbudgetary relations in a medium-term perspective

The methodological requirements and recommendations to the intergovernmental fiscal trasnfer system are analyzed. Implementation of socioeconomic reforms establishes new requirements for developments’ priorities of intergovernmental transfer system for the medium term in Ukraine.
