International experience of mid-term budget planning implementation

The authors analyze the international experience of mid-term budget planning and identify the main features of its implementation in the developed and transitional countries. Also innovations of the Budget Code are examined in respect of Budget 2012. The authors offer recommendations concerning the effective mid-term budgeting implementation in Ukraine on the basis of international expe- rience.
