Ukraine cooperation with international financial organizations: analysis of extension and prospects

The paper analyzes the main directions of Ukraine's cooperation with international financial institutions such as the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, European Investment Bank, Black Sea Trade and Development Bank. The basic program of cooperation that currently implements the Ukraine. A detailed analysis projects with leading MFIs involved in state and sovereign guarantees, which are implemented by different sectors. Within the IMF loan programs identified several stages and investigated the main parameters of directing such assistance. The key aspects of cooperation between Ukraine and BSTDB without state guarantees and the use of state and/or local budgets. The analysis of the problems of industrial production in Ukraine, and highlighted the need to fill the existing gap between industrial and financial capital, and investment resources. A mechanism to support the industrial sector by providing guarantees for the obligations of private manufacturers in terms of shared responsibility to obtain relevant results from the sale of investment and innovation projects funded by leading MFIs.
