Organizational approach to the detection and repayment of debts in Ukraine

The article examines the causes of late detection and repayment of debt in Ukraine. It describes directions and tools of managing the accounts receivable from entities. It illustrates the patterns of influence of accounts receivable on the economy of the state. It specifies the stabilization path for the economy. It justifies the necessity of creation of Debt Settlement Center of Ukraine.
