Institutional factors and consequences of reformation of international financial organizations

In the context of economic globalization international financial organizations are one of the most powerful institutions in the global economic arena. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) holds a significant place with a role of the last-hope creditor. The IMF’s activity has a great importance in implementation of the national stabilization policy. Deepening the cooperation with the IMF allows excluding disproportions in payment balances and public budget deficits that are impossible to achieve only by internal factors. Nevertheless, the global creditor functioning requires significant improvements. Actually, the IMF’s reformation is reasonable and enhanced by increasing discrepancy in management mechanisms of global economic development. The IMF’s reformation could visibly influence on global economic system that grounds the need of comprehensive research of this issue. The article provides analysis of the International Monetary Fund’s reformation process by enhancing the role in public management of developing countries. Thus, institutional factors and consequences of the IMF’s reformation for national economy are defined and the position of Ukraine in decision-making process is determined.
