Strategic targets for improving of inter-budgetary relations in Ukraine

Current state of inter-budgetary relations in the budgetary system of Ukraine is analyzed; main weaknesses of their organization that causing further differentiation of regional development are emphasized. Efficiency of achieving the strategic targets defined in forward-looking programs of socio-economic development of Ukraine, while reforming the inter-budgetary relations is estimated.
