Creation of digital paradigm of social and economic development


The concept of information and communication technologies (ICTs) is central both to the economic development and increased potential for advancing progress towards social development nowadays. At the same time, the growth of Internet networks has a lot of benefits and disadvantages for society. Therefore, the global system of the digital economy, which refers to an economy that is based on digital computing technologies, is developed. The emergence and rapid widespread of social and economic manifestations of the digital economy led to the emergence and development of fundamental and applied research regarding above mentioned scientific problems. The purpose of the current study is to describe the digital paradigm as the main paradigm of the modern society evolution. It is aimed to analyze the peculiarities of the formation of conceptual understanding of the digital technologies as a qualitative indicator of social and economic development in the modern society. The question of factors of production evolution is studied in the article. This creates the basis for the digital paradigm of social and economic development. It is analyzed that ensuring social and economic growth can take place only under the condition of digital transformations, which are held instead of knowledge economy potential. The main principles of a creative economy, including talent, technology and tolerance, are emphasized. The complex nature of these elements is studied, which is a prerequisite for the creative economy development. The contemporary analytical researches are generalized to make the factor analysis of the creative economy and calculate the index of the creative economy on the basis of a matrix of intermediate indicators. The groups of innovation development imperatives manifestations are determined at the country level. In particular, the correlation between the global imperatives of innovation development and the imperatives of the innovation development of the state and economic entities is studied. It is proved that the evolution of the modern economic area, which is based on network communications, is held in accordance with scientific conceptions transformation within the process of the digital paradigm of social and economic development formation.
