Ukrainian financial science: genesis, evolution, renaissance

The authors have investigated the problem of the scientific financial doctrine formation and the most important scientific achievements of the Ukrainian Financial School scientists of the XIX – the beginning of the XX centuries. They have proved that the financial science in Ukraine has been developing at the world level since the beginning of its formation, some works of the National Financial School scientists were the first to have investigated this problem and obtained the world recognition. The authors have substantiated the importance of some scientific achievements for modern financial science.
