Strategic managerial risk accounting: Theoretical and practical aspects


The purpose of the article is strategic management risk accounting to ensure effective management decisions and economic security of the enterprise. The subject of the research is the theoretical and practical aspects of accounting, analysis and risk
assessment in the system of strategic management accounting. A systematic approach to the problem of risk when making management decisions of a strategic nature is
analyzed. An introductory approach to the procedures of analysis and evaluation, risk control, where the key point is consistency and consistency in the formation and presentation of strategically significant information is outlined. The content of the category of “risk” from the standpoint of strategic management and strategic management accounting is disclosed. The risk classification to be applied in the system of strategic management accounting is supplemented. The factors and causes that determine the risks in the strategic management accounting system are analyzed. The process of strategic management risk accounting in the course of strategic management, along with identifying the necessary techniques and methods of presentation, is described. In the study, the role and importance of the strategic management accounting information about risks for strategic management purposes is confirmed. The system of principles is improved, ensuring the effectiveness of technologies for strategic management risk accounting as information support for strategic management. Practical implications are the following: the use of accounting and control-analytical methods and techniques of strategic management risk accounting allows a company to timely identify possible and existing problems, to realistically assess the strengths and weaknesses of its activities, and to establish the level of entrepreneurial risk. In the research process, the role and importance of strategic risk management is confirmed. The system result of strategic management risk accounting is presented to ensure the flexibility of the management system in relation to the external environment, the financial and economic security of the enterprise in the long term.
