Financial support for export development by creating export-credit agencies

The mechanisms of the state support of export activities, including by establishment of export-credit agency are examined. A few variants of its creation are proposed: a combination of credit guarantee and insurance functions and their separation between different institutions. The conclusion about the feasibility of establishing an export-credit agency, using existing infrastructure provided the proper amount of state guarantees from the state budget are drawn.
