Investigation of the quantitative parameters of market conditions for foreign capital attraction

The influence of the percentage of shares in free float on liquidity, volatility, stock market capitalization is determined and their properties as an investment tool are examined. The necessity of legislative incentives for a percentage increase of the shares in free float is proved.
