Theoretical and methodological principles of authentication of risks and threats to the public finance sector

Conceptual principles of authentication of risks in the public finance sector are substantiated. Classification of risks on static and dynamic risks is suggested. Conceptual model of authentication of risks and threats, which can be used in practice for monitoring of safety of public finance, is developed.
