The level of debt burden on public finance in Ukraine

Sovereign default risk factors in Ukraine are considered. Safe level of debt which is supposed to be serviced and amortized by state budget is calculated. Central government debt level forecast for 2013-2015 is done. Debt stock of other general government entities and NJC ""Naftogaz of Ukraine” are estimated.
