Rules of fiscal policy and government budget constraints

Fiscal policy rules theory evolution is analyzed. Various versions of prudent financial (fiscal) rules representation (formalization) are considered. Dynamics of variables from two rules not to increase public debt ratio in Ukrainian 2006—2012 is researched.
