Comparison of economic growth and capitalization of world and Ukrainian stock exchanges

Problem of interdependence between leading macroeconomic indicator — GDP in countries over the world and state and capitalization of stock exchanges is explored; peculiarities and trends in developed countries, developing countries and in Ukraine are analyzed. Systematic reform of the domestic stock market in order to approximate the ""GDP/ stock exchange capitalization” indicator to the level of countries such as Russia, Poland and Turkey is suggested.
