On dual listing of equity instruments of foreign companies with assets on the national stock exchanges in Ukraine

Expediency of introducing the dual listing of shares of foreign companies having assets on national stock markets in Ukraine is substantiated. Major problems of the above listing, including those related to the national normative base are identified. Mechanism of introduction of foreign shares onto Ukraine’s stock market is suggested and tasks of market participants by its implementation are defined.
