Ways to improve the system of fiscal exchange in Ukraine’s economy.

Peculiarities of forming the financial-economic relations between taxpayers and government concerning public goods production are considered. Efficiency of the taxation system of Ukraine in 1992—2011 is estimated and a range of recommendations on improving the process of fiscal exchange is suggested.
