Stabilization of public finance as a prerequisite for internal market development

The article represents the ways to address the problem of financial environment reformation in Ukraine in order to stimulate internal market development. The factors of financial sector instability are analysed, the prerequisites for increasing the financial capacities to ensure internal market development are summarized. A chain of measures to restore economic growth by application of financial mechanisms is suggested.
