Editorial policy

Open access policy

The Editorial Board supports the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), aimed at open and free dissemination of scientific knowledge, which promotes global development of science “without borders”.

By “open access” the BOAI means its free availability on the public Internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the respective articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the Internet itself. The only constraint on reproduction and distribution, and the only role for copyright in this domain, should be to give authors control over the integrity of their work and the right to be properly acknowledged and cited.

This website provides free use of electronic archive of the Journal. 2007-2016 issues of the Journal are freely available in the database “Scientific Periodicals of Ukraine” of the Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine.  Delayed open access to the current issues of the Journal is six months following the initial release date. Free access to the full content of the Journal, abstracts of articles and references to the literature is available immediately after the publication of the paper version.
