State regulation of financial markets in Ukraine during the post-crisis period

The article deals with tendencies within the system of financial markets public administration in crises and post-crises periods in globalizing aspects. The main changes needed to be provided to the system of prudential public administration for financial markets development in Ukraine are postulated taking into account post-crises circumstances.
