Monitoring problems of efficient allocation of tax relief in Ukraine

The author analyzes scientific approaches to the determination of tax relief and estimation of its amount as a precondition of introducing its monitoring; and suggests indexes of fiscal and economic efficiency of allocating tax relief. Abo calculations the efficiency of their separate groups is carried out.
