Globalization and sovereignty, economic criteria and means of provision

Transformation of the economic sovereignty in the global environment is revealed, its parameters are proved. The estimation of a degree of the sovereignty of the Ukrainian economy is given, the condition and threats of mutual relations with Russia is investigated. Strategy to minimize the dependence on ""Gazprom ” and conceptual bases of realization of the mechanism of retaining economic sovereignty of Ukraine is formulated.
