Contradictions of financial theory and practice in the context of economic development cyclic recurrence

The authors determine and evaluate contradictions between public and private interests in the investment sphere, functioning of financial market and corporate management which provoke the emergence and aggravation of financial crises and negatively influence the economic cycle.
