Perspectives of developing the non-government pension system in Ukraine

Factors, which determine conditions of non -government pension providing system in Ukraine, are ana - lyzed in the article. Also propositions are grounded concerning measures which would stimulate this sphere by improving the legal field, institutional component and financial instruments.
