Formation of the general and national architectonics of financial science


Within defined by the authors in a previous article periods of financial science as a specialized field of human knowledge revealed the formation of its general and national architectonics. In view of the latest domestic and foreign studies singled out and analyzed the main characteristics and features of the concepts of the leading representatives of the economic and financial thought. The relationship and create a common national architectonics financial science and socio-economic development of certain countries. The evolution of French financial schools, its contribution to the world treasury of financial science. Deals with the achievements of English classical scientific school finance in the context of the political economy. Reveals the development of general and especially in economic and financial sciences in Germany. It is proved that within the financial concept of financial representatives of the German school formed a complete theory of public finance, grounded relationship financial, budgetary policy and institutional factors, and, most comprehensive and refined form, the institution of state financial control. Considered key areas of modern science, which play a significant role in the formation and implementation of economic and financial policies. In the context of socio-economic characteristics of different countries singled out two basic approaches to the analysis of financial phenomena and processes – liberal concepts presented that mainstream neoclassical (monetarism, new classical theory, etc.) and illiberal, which involves the interpretation of economic and financial relations with the positions instytutsionalno- information, evolutionary, new Keynesian, post-Keynesian and other heterodox theories.
