Agrarian sector of Ukraine – financial donor of domestic and foreign economies

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of disparity in the exchange of agricultural products. Based on the analysis of statistical data, it is proved that due to the added value created in the agrarian sector of Ukraine, latent financial donation of other sectors of domestic and foreign economies occurs. The need for a radical change in the irrational structure of agricultural exports and the revision of current practices is underlined. Instead of using the surplus of foreign currency (surplus) in export-import transactions with agricultural products to finance the technical re-equipment of the agricultural sector, it rather serves to cover the deficit of the state's foreign trade balance. Measures are proposed for equalizing economic relations between enterprises of the agrarian sector and other branches of the economy, which will make it possible to reduce the age-old disparity in the exchange of agricultural products and contribute to the weighting of the financial and economic relations of the Ukrainian economy. It is stated that only with the help of small business entities, it can be possible not only to increase the production of livestock products, but also to ensure the industrial processing of milk and meat based on the establishment of mini-breakout enterprises, thus providing an evolutionary solution to the problem of donating the agricultural sector due to the increase in the share of value added to it gross production, which will contribute to rural development in the broad sense. Taking this into account, the author substantiates the need for a civilized "redistribution" of revenues, which are now mostly deposited in offshore banks, subsidizing the foreign economy, in favor of domestic producers able to ensure the balanced development of the agrarian sector of the economy.
