Perspectives of transition rental model of economy of Ukraine


Ukraine is in the process of searching for ways to transition from rental economy to industrial development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of reforms that offer international financial organizations on the path to economic transformation. After the collapse of the Soviet Union in the country formed a feudal in the sense of the theory of Marxist management model. The quality of bureaucracy, the risk of expropriation, corruption, the threat of a default, the Government's ability to fulfill its promises not to meet the expectations of society. Over the past 20 years Ukraine has experienced three deep economic crisis. Defaulted principal economic partner of Ukraine-Russia in 1998-1999. The global financial crisis of 2008-2009. Revolution “dignity” and Russian aggression in Crimea and Donbass in 2014-2015. Each of these crises considerably influenced the development of the economy. This article analyzes the depth of the crisis and its influence on the stability of the national currency. The article identifies key priorities for macroeconomic and fiscal state programming on the basis of an analysis of existing experience of reforms in Ukraine under the influence of international financial organizations. The necessity of a critical rethinking of cooperation between Ukraine and the international financial institutions in the context of political and social transformations in Ukraine and in the world. The possibility of correction of economic reforms in Ukraine, taking into account the requirements of international financial institutions in the face of rising national protectionism.
