The influence of the age structure of the population on the balance of the pension system in the long-term period

The main factors of imbalance of the pension system in Ukraine are examined. It is determined that, considering the current trends, a long-term impact of changes in the population age structure, may further lead to the increase of the pension system deficit, state budget deficit and public debt deficit.
