Tax system reform: new quality of discussion

According to the results of the IV Russian-Ukrainian tax symposium, the factors of increased mutual interest of specialists of the two countries to research in the field of taxation are analyzed. Key ideas of the reports and practical recommendations on the results of their discussion are submitted.
