Institutional concept of modernization of financial institutions

Theoretical approaches for understanding the content of the modernization of financial institutions that bases on the achievements of the new institutional theory and new concept of financial science (policy) are explored. Key trends and contradictions of modernization of financial institutions after crisis shocks are identified. It is noted that further modernization of financial institutions is mutually coherent with institutional reforms in Ukraine in the context ofpost-industrial paradigm.
