Methodological principles of local budgets monitoring in the context of sustainability of public finance

Key issues of formation the revenues of the local budgets in Ukraine, which are related to the alignment of financial security of revenues, are analyzed. Proposals for monitoring of local budgets and assessing the quality of local government activities are offered.
