Corporate finance in the context of challenges of current innovative economy

Theoretical and methodological aspects of functioning of corporate finance in the context of challenges facing the national financial science in the innovative economy are studied in the article. Their connection to the capital is analysed and explored. Social importance, content, functions and a role of corporate finance as an economic category are described.
