Post-crisis perspectives and problems of economic development in Ukraine and Russia (macroeconomic spectrum)

The publication deals with a post-crisis analysis of the key problems of economic development in Ukraine and Russia both in medium-term and long-term perspectives; in the sphere of budgetary and monetary-credit policy; tasks concerning the changes in approaches to the regulation of exchange rate; restructuring of budget expenditures and provision of competitive positions of national commodity pro-ducers at the internal and external markets. The author separately examines contradictions of economic development in a long-term perspective as well as challenges connected with the formation of informa-tional society and economic knowledge.
