Innovational development as the motive of deshadowing of economy

Interconnection of investment-innovative activity of enterprises and the process of deshadowing of eco-nomy in Ukraine are determined. Factors that influence reasons of enterprises to work in the legal sector of economy are studied. Basic factors that must provide deshadowing of enterprises in the legal sector of economy of Ukraine are investigated.
