The problem of efficient use of budgetary funds

Problems are probed related to the ineffective use of budgetary facilities. The author establishes reasons of forming this phenomenon and negative factors which make basis of budgetary offences. The ways to solve this problem are offered with the purpose of settling this situation and providing the rational use of the budgetary settings.
