Quasi-fiscal operations and their role in the formation of budget deficit

The author defines the main types of quasi-fiscal operations of state-owned enterprises and banks in Ukraine, revels the macroeconomic effects of quasi-fiscal operations, makes quantative estimates of the values of quasifiscal operations in 2009—2010, proposes some measures in regard to reporting on quasi-fiscal activity.
