Institutional environment for fiscal regulation of socioeconomic processes

The authors analyze interaction between the structure and functioning of market economy institutions as well as fiscal regulation which is carried out in their frameworks from the point of results for reproduction processes; investigate peculiarities of synergical influence of institutional transformation on the fisk and dynamics of GDP in conditions young market economy; and suggest recommendations for considering institutional environment when developing the fiscal strategy of social and market state building in Ukraine.
