Financial-economic and psychographic factors of real estate market in Ukraine

The article is devoted to the analysis of real estate housing market development in Ukraine and factors which influence it. The estimation of development of housing building and level of housing of population status are given. The dynamics of supply and real agreeing prices for housing real estate is analyzed. Also grounded is the necessity of research of intercommunication of psychographic and finance and economic factors of the housing real estate market development.
