Health reforms in the USA

Transformation of the public and private sector roles in the process of reformation of the U.S. health system is observed, moreover, the analysis of its basic management and funding problems are conducted. The article also presents basic directions of current U.S. healthcare reform. Considering the U.S. experience of health system reforming, basic potential calls and lessons of drawing the plan of Ukraine health system reformation are grounded.
