Institutional aspects of financial regulation of business

Institutional preconditions, on which the analysis of the impact of finance on development of business is based, are generalized and systematized. Suggestions on improvement of the monetary and fiscal policies, development and application of mechanisms and instruments of financial regulation of innovative component of business are substantiated.
