Organizational problems and efficiency of municipal borrowing
The international experience and status of municipal borrowing in Ukraine are considered. The structure of borrowings in one of the most active market participants — Lviv — is analyzed. Basic problems related to providing the efficiency of municipal borrowing are emphasized, main directions for improvement of municipal debt policy are provided.
